Grupo Folklórico de UCLA's Fiesta Mexicana: Ecos de Nuestros Pueblos is a celebration of Mexican culture through traditional music and dance. Established in 1966 by Emilio Pulido-Huizar, this organization has provided free showcases to their community to promote cultural awareness and encourage the youth of Los Angeles to celebrate their cultural roots and continue their passion to higher institutions of learning like UCLA. Join Grupo Folklórico de UCLA for their 59th annual showcase, where they are proud to feature over 100 performers from Mariachi de Uclatlán, Ballet Folklórico de Son de la Palma from Palms Middle School, and Grupo Folklórico de UCLA.
Come experience the vibrant rhythms, colorful traditions, and powerful stories that have been passed down through generations. Grupo Folklórico de UCLA invites you to celebrate with them and be part of a legacy that continues to inspire, educate, and uplift. ¡Nos vemos en la fiesta!
